Our accommodation is a separate en suite guest room attached to the back of our home. This means you can have a sense of privacy and, at the same time, feel welcome in our home.
- The comfortable superking bed can be converted to twin singles. The double futon can sleep an extra guest or two. Quality linen is provided.
- There is plenty of room to spread out.

- Relax by making a cup of tea or coffee. A small fridge is provided. Watch some television.
- A heat pump provides cosy winter warmth and cooling in summer if required.
- The guest room opens out onto an outside decked area for shared use with hosts.
- The guest room is smokefree. Smoking is permitted outside.
- Come and go by an own entrance along well-lit, easy access.
- In season fruit and fresh ingredients are used for cooked or continental breakfast taken in the dining room or the guest room if desired.
- Easy street parking (a week day City Council $NZ7.50 parking coupon applies).
- Catch up with laundry for a small additional charge. An Iron and ironing board are available.
- Internet access by arrangement.
